Absolutely fantastic experience buying from Woody’s RV World in Abbotsford.Ricky went above and beyond to help us get out the door ready. He had all the answers to some rather technical questions and helped get us dialled-in and ready to go on our very short timeline! He was literally running at some points! He left my family feeling at ease and took care of us all the way through to the handshake and send off!The showroom was spotless and the parking area was easy to move about in. The whole place is a class act.Dalton, the Sales Manager, was exceptional right from the beginning. He and his team clearly embrace the modern digital age of salesmanship.Finally, Stephanie on the admin and finance side was super awesome! I had my two rowdy boys in tow and she made them feel at home. She expertly walked us through some important decision making.I very rarely write comments on customer experience but I felt this one was necessary because the team at Woody’s Abbotsford absolutely nailed the customer experience side of the transaction!We plan to have our new Ember 24BH for a long time.Thanks to the team!

The entire team at Woody’s is excellent. Amazing customer service, friendly staff and not pushy. They had the RV we needed at a reasonable price. Shawn was helpful and informative. Justine in the finance department is a delight. One couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Ask for Ricky, he’s the best. This guy worked from home on his day off and long after his work day was over. Went out and took multiple videos with details on the difference and pros & cons of the different units. Very knowledgeable and helpful. No high pressure sales. Would recommend him to my own Mother if she was looking for an rv. Good guy.Justine was super helpful as we purchased our RV as ‘out of town’ buyers. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before we came into town to pick it up. Fantastic communication from her and we really appreciate her cheerfulness. A pleasure to deal with.

Chris in sales and Justine in finance made our process of buying our first trailer a breeze. We could not be more satisfied how they went above and beyond for us. We were feeling overwhelmed with all the options and choices and they made the whole process seem so easy and answered every single question we could’ve needed an answer for. Ricky is the best salesman you could ask for. He doesn’t try to push or steer you in a direction, just shows you what you want to see. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of RVs.Justine is an excellent finance specialist who goes above and beyond to get the best rates and deals as possible.The facility is impressive with lots of inventory and a fantastic parts department.

Recently purchased our first trailer after a long, exhausting and very specific search. Worked with a couple other dealerships where things never felt right or honest. Worked with Chris and Steve in sales and Justine in finance. Absolutely seamless, pressure free, honest and positive buying experience. We didn’t feel pressured into anything that compromised what we wanted. We got honest and prompt answers to our questions even after we left the lot. Fast delivery and when we arrived the rate was even better than we thought. Justine worked with the banks to make it a very affordable purchase.We could not be happier. In fact, as we sit in our trailer for our first night away my husband said “this is the best purchase a we have ever made”…I promise that is not in his normal.
