Why are you giving your vans to mallard delivery company at 880 Avonhead rd? They are delivering for Amazon and hiring international students under 25 to drive. Do you not see the amount of damage done? They don't even change the lights.

I've never left a google review before but this one is noteworthy enough. They rescheduled my reservation with less than 24 hour notice. The time was different, the pick up location was 30 minutes further, reserved furniture pads were not available at pick up, I was not allowed to return the equipment at the destination (per my reservation) and was forced to drive it back which essentially doubled the amount of gas I had to pay for. Nothing about my reservation was honored. When told to the cashier, he replied that we were lucky they didn't cancel it as that was common practice. Why even have reservations available with options/specifications if they are not able to fulfill them? Extremely disappointing and experience and will not recommend to anyone.

The van was not ready at our pick-up time as they were still cleaning it. Once we got the van, it smelled inside and the seats seemed to have hairs or something embedded in the fabric so they were not clean. Also the steering wheel was sticky.As well, we chose the self-check out yet we still had to wait in line behind a guy who was at the counter checking who did not even have a reservation just so we could get the van key. So it was pointless to do the self check out because we still had to wait in line forever to get the key. Also, the van was provided with only a quarter tank of gas. Despite needing the help of the staff working there to find our vehicle (since it was not yet ready on the lot) and to wait in line to get our key, the staff there were not very friendly or keen to help us. Next time I will choose to have the person at the counter check us out because it will take less time than the self check out since we had to wait in line anyway to get the key even though we were waiting at the side desk where the clerk would know all we needed was the key. He could have stepped away from his walk in customer for 10 seconds to hand over the key but instead chose to ignore us while checking out the customer that did not have a reservation.

When I arrived at this location to pick up my rental, there was one person working at the service desk and eight customers in line. Several customers asked if there could be somebody else working the service desk and the answer was no. Finally somebody came after about 30 minutes. In all, it took me about 75 minutes to sign out my rental. When I returned the rental, again, there was only one person working behind the service counter and another employee piling boxes. I asked her if she could take my return and she said no I’m doing stock. Horrible service all around from this location.

Returned truck after hours to find my car blocked in by trucks, it meant I had to leave my car over night. I called 800 number and they had no luck reaching the manager. Thankfully they extended the pickup rental so I could get home. I love 25 minutes from the location, one way. The next morning one of the location staff members actually chuckled at this and tried to blame me for parking in the wrong place."Horrible experience but then again every single experience with uhaul always has some kind of drama or issue. Every. Single. Time. It's like they know they have a virtual monopoly."

Every time I come here the service is extremely slow and there's only one employee working. I always easily wait 30 to 45 mins in a line up of three people. They never seem interested in speedy and efficient service. Customers are always angry and frustrated. There's no air conditioning in the building it's almost unbearable. Customer service is horrendous. Stay away!

I was running late for pickup the truck and friendly customer service agent extended and modified my booking details. I think it’s good you can do it in the short and efficient and friendly manner. Good csr kudos.

Wasted 2 full days for a trailer hitch install.First day I arrived early for appointment that’s been scheduled and paid for only for the installer to say sorry his tool broke please come back the next day.Second day I arrived early front desk clerk said 2-3 hours and it will be ready. After waiting for 2 and a half hours the car has not moved still.Avoid this place if you value your time. They do not keep any appointments or timelines they tell customers.

I wish these stars could go straight to the staff!This place was absolutely slammed today, entirely understaffed! There was a 20 person line up and the two staff were working as fast as they could!Victor helped us and he was fast and sweet!Meghan assisting another customer who was absolutely awful to her! He was rude to her when it wasn’t under her control and when she asked him to step aside so she could deal with the next customer while he waited on hold with customer service he refused and was incredibly rude to her.He wouldn’t step aside even though there was a 7 person line up behind him and they had closed 10 min ago.She handled him with such grace and professionalism even while he was rude, If I was her I would have lost it on him!Great work, they deserve a raise
