Employees are always friendly, building is always clean and tidy.

Completely unprofessional, today I learn they had my package for 7 days before returning it to sender stating that I refused delivery. This is despite having a 10 day hold period. I am stuck paying +$50 for an item I never received because they could not even bother to send me a package slip. And the fact that both my wife and I have went to said post office while the parcel was there asking after it, just to be told it wasn't there... how hard is it to do your job.

I have experienced on going issues with the quality of service this outlet provides. Recently I paid to have a parcel/guitar shipped to me in Legal. I waited and waited and finally approached the clerk/supervisor to enquire about my parcel. After she compared my information with her computer she started it was picked in early December. I asked by who as I had not received a notice to pick it up. She showed me the date, time and signature of the individual who picked it up. Her name did not match anyone who resides in our. Home. When I agained showed her the picture that the sender sent me I realized the Box number was off by one digit. In sent the pick up notice to the address of the other box number and that individual came to the post office and signed for my parcel, even though the address on the parcel didn't match hers. I taped a not on the other mail box asking for my parcel to be returned to the post office or my address. I am currently waiting to hear from a district manager before I contact the RCMP. WHAT A GIANT MISTAKE.

Always been pleasant to deal with. Though I find it a minor pain in the rear registering my PO Box each year. Not their fault I know.Also having to show ID when they clearly know me seems a bit odd. But oh well, there are bigger problems in the world than this. Lol

Love the staff. Always friendly. When i was hurt they carried my boxes to the truck for me.

Amazing people and post office! Very helpful and easy to deal with! Everything is perfect! One thing I would suggest is to show the lunch break hours online and those 15 minute coffee breaks, sometimes I go out and all the way to get nothing because I wasn’t warned about these breaks, I do know the lunch break is 11:30-12:30 but a lot of people don’t know that. Especially the coffee breaks, I appreciate the hours may differ from holidays and such on the website as well, that’s a fair warning for early closure. But the coffee breaks (everyone needs breaks I understand-go ahead) but it should be online somehow so people are warned and don’t drive all the way to wait and not sure when it started…I appreciate how the actual post office itself is always open 24/7 (not the other doors) but I can still go inside and get my mail out of my mailbox. Thanks for all your hard work! I’m glad to have a post office in my Town. Very friendly staff!

Call before you go. They don't work posted hours. They also take breaks when ever they feel like like. So be prepared to wait. I asked the lady to take scheduled breaks but she said she'll only take breaks when there's time. I thought that was so absurd that you're just going to shut down for 30 minutes a day whenever you feel like it and we have to wait. What kind of customer service is that, pretty ignorant staff that work there. The stylus services is discriminate against disabled people.

Always seem to be on a break or closed. Rediculous.

Never open as the website hours list. l live 20 min outside of town only to show up and the door is lock with a hand written note on the door saying they are closed, very unprofessional especially for a government funded agency. Has happened 3 times in the past 2 weeks already.
