Sam was really friendly and kind when he set up my new iPhone 14. Walked me through everything in a way that was easily understandable and very clear. Took the time to listen to my needs and answered all my questions expertly. I had such great service from Sam this morning. My phone had issues with calls in/out. He spent a great amount of time with my phone and with tech support. He was also the only one in the store today. Other customers came and went and to them all he was polite and unhurried. He also spent time with Koodo tech as they worked on my phone. If you want help with your Koodo phone issues he's the man. Thanks Sam!!!
