I am disgusted by the lady that was doing my mom’s X-ray. She was so rude to me and my mom. I was there with my my mom because she needed help with translation. During this pandemic you think employees should be more patient and nice but hell no. The lady had dark hair and wore glasses.

I had a great experience at my Nov 2 ultrasound appointment. I planned on doing this review prior to reading the reviews here and am surprised base on my experience.I received a phone call and then texts when my appointment was booked. Person on the phone was polite and informative. I received a text to which I responded when I arrived, followed by a short wait outside. When I entered, reception was quick and pleasant.What really made an impression on me was the young lady performing my shoulder ultrasound. She was very genuinely pleasant and informed me of what she was doing the whole time. It didn't take any extra time to do this but made for a remarkably good experience! When she completed the ultrasound I felt compelled to let her know what a pleasant person she is.I've had many x-rays and ultrasounds over my lifetime. Most often, although the technicians were not rude, I felt like an object in a lab. The person performing my ultrasound was pleasant, kind and engaging. I wish I would have asked her name so I could mention it here but at least her employers will know who she is. She is a great ambassador for the business and the feild.Thank you.

Tech was nice. But my pelvic exam was very painful. Wish she could of been a bit more gentle.

Front desk staff were nice , ultrasound technician (the asian one) that did my test was horrible , lacking empathy , has passive agressive personality . Management need to address this , patients dont deserve this bad behaviour from your employees .

People at the front desk are always lovely, to the point and professional. I have never had an issue with them. Services provided by the ultrasound techs however, have been very hit or miss for me personally. My experience was fine getting imaging done with this company. This was up until my appointment with one specific tech, that I unfortunately do not remember the name of but do rememder her hair being bleached blonde, did nothing short of traumatize me. I will not go into the details of what procedure it was during, but she was less than empathetic, gave me attitude and ignored me when I asked her to be gentler with her instrument during my appointment. Comparatively to imaging I have had done in the past, she was extremely rough and forceful with her actions and did not adjust her actions even after I expressed my discomfort multiple times. It is an understatement to say I felt extremely unsafe during my appointment due to her actions. I left the clinic feeling violated. It’s a shame how one person can change my view of this facility as a whole and make me wary to return, but this was absolutely unacceptable of any healthcare professional.

I've been to this location twice, the front desk staff have been polite. The ultrasound technicians, have been rude or just passive aggressive! The first one I had was very passive aggressive, she struggled to perform the scan, and even though I was calm and relaxed; posted a note to my physician stating that I was agitated". When I found out about that comment

Went with friend for ultrasound they don't even let the expecting mommas see the baby at all and are rude to the patients. If you coming for maternity reasons don't go here!!!

I have been going to different diagnostic procedures and I just had my Ultrasound today. It was my first bad experience. When my name was called, the technician looked at me from head to toe and she didn't even smile or greet me nor introduced herself. I was really upset the entire procedure. She knew that there was something wrong, she asked if everything was okay. Well, she should know how her attitude affects her clients. I hope this review will make an impact to those who don't practice professionalism. Please be nice and respectful!

June 14, 2022 at 10.45 I took my 2.5 year old son in for a chest xray. The technicians took us in, never explained how procedure will be done, no coaching, showed no empathy. They saw my son was distraught, and rushed us out because I failed to calm him down as I was ordered to do, otherwise they will not do the procedure. You see patients at their lowest point, even a little kindness goes a long way. I would never come back to this establishment for fear i would get the same staff.
