Gnats Contracting

My husband and I have had the pleasure of having Nathan as a subcontractor on the build of 2 homes in Burnaby. Nathan is one of the best subcontractors we have worked with he is hardworking, honest ( over the top honest) and creative. Recently Nathan helped us with a rental property we have in Kelowna. We had recently purchased the home, it is 70 years old and needed a lot of TLC. Nathan was there daily finding creative but cost affective ways to get the house ready for tenants. In order to save costs he even cleaned the entire house himself. WE are so grateful to have had Nathan to help us. He fixed things we didn't even see or show up in the home inspection. If you are looking for a talented contractor who goes above and beyond to get the work done, Nathan is your guy. We can't say enough about his quality of work and on a personal side what a great person he is.
