Great facility. Super helpful and friendly staff. They're pretty supportive especially for first time donors. They explain the whole process in detail and tell you exactly what to expect. They're also super serious about health, cleanliness, and safety; which is very reassuring. I did not feel that needle at all, it was so smooth and pain free.Highly recommended, very encouraging to donate more and give to those in need.

I have only donated 3 times but have found this clinic to be exceptional. The nurses and staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.I would definitely recommend for anyone who’s considering donating blood for the first time (or the 60th time) to go to this facility.Great job !! (5 stars for sure !!)

Didn’t get to donate blood because of my naturally small veins (an issue I usually deal with by having nurses use a butterfly needle/ baby needle) but unfortunately they didn’t offer that or have it here. Regardless everyone was so nice. I wish I could’ve been successful. Thanks for being so kind everyone !!

They cancelled my appointment without telling me on the day of. They didn't even call. I know you've got my #.... 40 mins been waiting outside in cold for my ride to come back 0 people entered the clinic. I'vedone 50+ donations and they didn't even try to offer a other appointment. Good riddance! Hema Quebec here I come!

They refused to let me in with my 6 month old baby, because only the donor can go inside.I told he is six month old he is definitely not going to stay at home or in the car alone. If she has any kind of sense she could get me inside with him. But honestly I don't think she want to work at all. Why will she work if she can just sit down and get paid any way

The nurses here are AWESOME. I can walk in and have a conversation with anyone (Maybe they just treat me well because of my blood type, who knows...), but they're friendly, and hilarious! It makes donating my blood to save someone's life more satisfying than the act itself! I would not go to any other place to donate.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to donate and help others. To all those who read and can, consider helping by donating what you can. The staff here are such wonderful and kind people. They have really good COVID protocols to ensure you are safe and sound. My experience here was smooth and very efficient. I felt welcomed and also really pleased with the variety of snacks they have.
