Mabrur was my sales representative today. He was amazing at setting up my plan and getting me a new phone! Would recommend 10/10.

Myself and my father came in today, looking to sign dad up for his first smart phone. Mabrur was very helpful and answered all questions appropriately. I’d recommend for anybody.

Marbur was off great assistance to us today? He explained the contract and pricing clearly as well as was very prompt in service, he made the changeover very stress free and I will recommend him to my family and friends!

Mabrur has been the best my entire process of getting my new services. Before meeting him I was getting it done online which really messed up and I didn’t receive my SIM card in the mail!! I was extremely frustrated with the people i spoke with on the phone to have it dealt with which never did get dealt with!! When I came into the virgin store and met mabrur if it wasn’t for him and his services to help me I was ready to call it quits with virgin and go to another phone company!!! He saved virgin from loosing a customer one hundred percent!!! Anyone in the future wanting virgin I recommend going to the village mall to see mabrur he will take amazing care of you!!!! Thanks again for everything!!!!
