Ordered our awning and it was made, delivered & fitted within 13 days!!!! Really great service and already enjoying the benefits of the awning.

I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with this company. I first contacted them on Thursday 3 July and Trevor went out of his way to come to view our patio that same evening. We wanted an awning the same colour as our window frames (RAL7042) and Trevor suggested that a one off powder coating of the casing and side panels could be arranged, at a very reasonable additional cost. Today (15 August) two very helpful fitters arrived and installed the blind in an hour. They were friendly and keen to place it exactly as we wanted - a real testament to end-to-end customer care. So barely six weeks later, we have the awning installed and are able to sit in comfort in the shade. On top of that, Nigel, the Director, rang us yesterday afternoon to check all had been installed to our satisfaction. Great product, great speed, great customer care. You’d be welcome to call in and see it in Wheatley, near Oxford! I’d add a photo but I can’t see how to do it on this review system.
