If you have to use ups don't even think about changing any names or address on a package. You feel like your being interrogated by border patrol to pickup your own package. The clerk wouldn't even care to look at all the proof and explanation I had, even though it was previously all changed and corrected with ups. Apparently this depot doesn't have the capability to see information in the system. The other couriers are so much more friendly and easy to use, I almost didn't get the product I paid for.

Wonderful service.I visited one of the famous printing stores, in cornerstone, not to mention the name (st#pl&s). They refused to help me with printing because of my unique PDF type, and no one even tried to help me. All employees in that big printing store were just hanging around and talking to each other, like a dating place.The documents I had was very important for me. Finally, I went to UPS store, lady overthere was humble and helpful. Although, my documents were tough to encrypt, she gave personal attention to my case, and helped me.Amazing service. Fully satisfied with their way of approach. Well treatment.

It's says be there by 2 for next day delivery but if your not there by 130 or whenever the driver decides to show up your too late. I am also experiencing longer than normal response times in packages this company has misplaced somehow. Very poor service records.

According to the tracking info they provided me, my package is suppose to arrive today between 12:30pm and 4:30pm. I have been waiting for it the whole day and time check, it is 12:16am. They should’ve updated the info in the app so I did not have to stay up this late. UPS never fails to dissapoint. Not happy with your service, just so you know.

Had to ship some packages and was visiting my daughter so i went to the one near her residence. The girl was extremely polite and curistois.i like dropping packages off there because you are always in and out even when they are busy.i only use ups sometimes because a lot of what i sell is a pound or less so it is cheaper to use USPS. But over a pound then UPS sometimes is cheaper.

I was checking my order online and it say’s delivered in the mail box, I checked my mailbox and there was nothing in it. The delivery guy didn’t put it in the mailbox but put into the box where they put flyers and stuff. It was my phone and I spent $1750 on it. Anyone who was lurking around could grab that from that flyer box but I was lucky there. This is so unprofessional. I was at my house and the delivery dude didn’t even ring the bell. I am so disappointed with UPS services. I wish there should’ve been option for 0 rating.

Great Service! Santa's sleigh needed to be diverted to Vancouver from Prince Albert. 4 big boxes left Prince Albert via UPS on Tuesday, December 15th and arrived all together on Friday, December 18th! That is a miracle! The folks at the UPS store were just great and the process was painless. Thanks to the staff in Prince Albert and all the UPS folks who made it happen!
