I don't have a single negative thing to say on this location and its staff. They have gone above and beyond for me on more than one occasion. I mostly deal with Paul who has been nothing short of amazing and helpful. Best customer service around, I will continue to use this specific easy home location in the future as well. Highly recommend.

My experience with this place has always been amazing! From the time I was a child and my Mother and Grandmother had dealings with them to me being an adult dealing with them their customer service has always been great! Paul one of the workers is a long time friend of my family’s and has always gone above and beyond to satisfy us for anything n everything we need for many years and it’s great to see there are amazing people like him out there working in business like this. So a big thank you shout out to him the MVP of customer service :)

This specific location store 539 is the absolute best. We have so many items from this store. Jess and Paul are absolutely amazing to work with very friendly and helpful. I recommend you specifically ask for either of them if you are looking for a certain product. This store went above and beyond when we needed a wall mounted fireplace that wasn't in stock they found the exact fireplace and got it in for us very very quickly. Very understanding and helpful when you fall on hard times.

The staff at the central store are A 1 on my books. They are wonderful people to deal with always smiling and happy to see their customers. I would recommend this store to any one looking for quality prices and friendly chatter. Paul, Jess and the rest of the staff are great.

I have been at this location for many years. The staff are amazing and have even provided me with what I needed in emergency situations. The entire team are awesome. I actually requested to be moved to this location from my previous one because I found the staff more patient and more kind here. Thank you for your hard work and helping me in emergency cases.

I 100% recommend easy home, not just for financing but also outright purchases. Jess was an absolute blessing to us. She came up with an amazing deal and took us to everything and was the best salesperson I've dealt with. Have had nothing but amazing interactions with this location. The team here has gone above and beyond to help me with any items i've been interested in and all questions or concerns I have had. They are always making sure i know about any possible deals or promotions WAY in advance!!!I want to give a personal thank you to Jess, Matt, Mel and John for working tirelessly to get what i was looking for!!
