This Location has been watched for the last 8 months & multiple people have been given food that’s not fully cooked multiple times by the same evening shift restaurant employee’s. It’s really a shame because the lunch time employee’s go out of their way to make their customers happy. With the amount of food poisoning from the evening staff this place needs to be shut down & re-evaluated. It’s really a shame to say this as the lunch hour shift is amazing. I hope all who enjoy Wendy’s have a better experience than the team running this experiment. Unfortunately our team that has conducted this experiment refuses to continue this experiment due to an extremely high percentage of food poisoning from the evening shift. As an organization we know who is to blame but we hope that corporate steps in before us. If we have to release footage to prove this is a real concern we will. We have lab tests confirming salmonella from half cooked chicken as well as hamburger disease from uncooked beef. Everything was good. I just wish they hadn't changed the chili recipe. Very helpful, friendly staff.

This is what they gave me when I ordered a large Vanilla Frosty-chinno. Not only is it literally half empty but they put the smallest amount of the frosty" part possible so that it is undrinkable. This maybe costs them 10 cents to make and it costs $4 for an undrinkable bitter drink. I know what it's supposed to taste like

Ordered double baconator at the drive thru... got a single with a patty from a hamburger!! No receipt to even go back. Paid over $30 for 2 combos worth about $15. About 8 people working, it wasn't even busy! No straws, no napkins!! This place rips me off every time. NEVER GOING BACK!

Very dirty. Floors are always sticky. Ordered a salad and they didn't tell me they were out of forks. So there you are with salad and you can't even eat it. I also couldn't find spoons.

Absolutely HORRID place to work at. Extremely rude managers, none of the co-workers interact with you other than asking you to do some sort of chore, and also the fact that none of the managers actually communicate with eachother, took them 2 WEEKS to all realize that I had cash training. I also felt like I was being watched constantly and had no privacy because if you took to long in the bathroom, they would come to the door and sit around until you came out. And good luck trying to get any sort of breaks, not to mention the fact how disgusting the back of the restaurant is, if you thought the stuff you see when you order your food was gross, just wait till you see their depressing excuse for a Break area". First of all, they lie to you and the food is not safe to eat. Everytime I would get a chicken wrap with extra sauce they would charge me for extra cheese. I eventually caught on and when ordering I saw on the screen she would type extra cheese and charge me for it even though I only asked for extra sauce. I told her not to charge me for it because I didn’t ask for it and she said she would take it off. I get to the window and after paying I ask the guy on cash if I was charged for extra cheese. He told me no no you weren’t charged for it and handed me my food. I didn’t believe him so I asked for my bill and sure enough… they charged me for it. He lied to me about the extra charge on my bill. Are they tacking on charges to peoples bills In hopes they won’t notice? I got an iced coffee from there and they forgot the coffee… It’s just milk and water over ice it tastes very gross. It’s like they ran out of coffee and thought this was a good option? I won’t be back

Absolutely filthy. I was the only one sitting in the restaurant. Double JBC .....no cheese. Tables dirty, floors dirty, garbage overflowing, out most flavours of pop. Didn't get a picture if the empty napkin dispensers, had to ask for napkins.
