DO NOT USE!! I would not use this company for remodeling purposes, maybe at minimum damage/clean-up, even at that I'm being generous! They sell it as a complete package, but the work that was done was NOT professional & finishing work was terrible. They are full of empty promises. It started out good, but they got another big job & we were put on the back burner for the remainder of the job. When you complain to them about their workmanship & ask them to fix it, the quality is still unacceptable! Outside of the SGI claim, they completed work & charged stuff that was NOT agreed upon that would be charged out-of-pocket. And again, when you ask for explanation or call them out on it, they just dismiss you and disregard it, very arrogant. They blame it on a miscommunication"

Do not recommend this company. Poor communication and lack of competency in regards to proper cleanup and removal. Left multiple contaminated items in the home and never came back after multiple conversations. Very unsatisfied with this company.

I had an emergency job done by this company as well as my rebuild. This company came in after hours and worked so hard to get the mess cleaned up for me. I am very thankful I called Service Master for assistance. On the rebuild they did a fantastic job that I am very pleased with. I will definitely be using this company again if needed on an emergency and will be getting them to do future renovation jobs!

DO NOT USE! I came home to my front door wide open after they assured me multiple times they would lock up when they left. They sent a crew of two teenagers which obviously were not mature enough to be responsible and respectful in someone’s home. I could say more but I won’t. Save yourself the headache that I had to go through and call someone else

I called in for my request and nobody called me back, i have to follow up for three days continuously for them to call me back and tell me they are fully booked and cannot help me, no option given, it was straight no, if they are all booked then frontline should know that and let the client know, so one can search for other venue. I would never recommend this service to anyone

The worst company I have ever dealt with, had to come back multiple times to finish most of clean up and did not complete what they said they were gonna do. They are really good at not returning your phone calls and only calling you back to ask for payment and not the issues they left behind.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We had our dishwasher leak and damage the floor and island which all needed to be replaced. They were quick to come out and do the clean up work, but didn't put my new dishwasher back in properly. That was just the beginning. There was lots of communication before I paid the deductible to them to ensure they had it, but after that they were absolutely horrible. I was fine waiting for the repair as we had to be out of the house for it and wanted it in the summer so it wouldn't disrupt the kids school. This was communicated by me at the start. Finally May rolled around (this happened in beginning of February). I had only had a flooring guy come and set up flooring. Asked to have them set up a painter as well at my own cost but to work in conjunction with everyone else. They said someone would contact me about that and no one ever did. Had heard nothing about cabinets so I emailed the main guy, Brian Web b, who I was dealing with. No response so I finally called on May 12th, was told everything was on schedule for the summer and that the cabinet guys would call me the next week. Waiting till May 25th with no call, so I called and was told I would have someone call me back either on the 25th or 26th and nothing. So I emailed Brian back to tell him his communication has been really bad and I may have to explore another contractor only to have Brian email back to say they were no longer going to do my job because they couldnt do it in a timely manner. Wasted 4 and a half months and this was only 2 weeks after being told it was all on schedule. Complaint made to BBB and through my insurance company as they should never get another insurance contract.
