Station E-Bike Rental

AMAZING SERVICE A+ great concept. Wanted to rent a bike for a day trip and station E-bike rental came in handy. Would reccomend to anyone and definitely coming back when I need a bike for a day.

I would HIGHLY recommend this ebike rental service! The owner was FLEXIBLE and punctual, and as a customer who has never tried electronic bikes before, I along with friends felt very safe renting them because the owner gave a detailed explanation of how to use them and ensured that we were ready to go. In addition, he did not count the time he used to introduce the bikes in our four hour rental period! He definitely prioritized his customers’ experience above all else as he took our concerns and questions under consideration and made sure we were well informed. Rented an e-bike for one day and had a great time, the bike was new and in really good shape. Rashad was super friendly and helpful and the rental experience was really easy and very good value.

My experience was great until the second time I wanted to rent, the guy jacked up the price of the rental and deposit and accused me of renting his bikes out when I only made the full payment myself and others paid me back to make it easier for him as a one time payment rather than 3. Not only did I have customers lined up for him to give him business during slow season, I was willing to rent for a whole week. I'm extremely disappointed in the sudden change of customer service and hope he will realize thats not how you do business. If I had an apology, I might rent again given I get the same deal I paid for in the first place. I would've given 5 stars if this didn't happen but I didn't appreciate the rudeness in the end.

Excellent service. Bikes were in amazing condition and the battery lasted VERY long. Rashad himself came out and delivered them, which was very fast and convenient. He also picked them up again after the time period. Prices were also very affordable. Definitely would recommend.

I had the pleasure of meeting Rashod - owner this past weekend. He provided excellent service and was very accommodating for pickup/ delivery. He gave a good orientation to the bike. He was super helpful and kind.

Great service and would highly recommend renting ebikes from here! The Ebikes were delivered directly to our rental place and were picked up later that day. We rented the basic and long range bikes and both bikes lasted a whole day of biking around Vancouver (approx 20 km). The bikes were easy to use and the owner was extremely helpful and accommodating! I would definitely rent from here again !
