Bad management, they allowed to hold 2 showers for 5-6 person (family) while other truckers waited for a while. When my turn I got a code to take a shower, another member of family took it. Management said nothing can do with that.

Three diesel pumps not working, two of them not marked. You have zero respect for the time constraints the truckers are under due to government over regulation. It's a simple matter to walk out and put a pylon in front of the pumps but you said in the hour and a half since the shift change you just haven't had time to do it. Yet the two of you are in the store with no customers talking to each other about video games.The extra 10 minutes that I wasted at your facility means that I'm not going to make it to a safe haven to sleep tonight and we'll have to sleep on the shoulder of a two-lane Highway. Simple things that you neglect to do have serious effects for others. Quit your yacking and go do your job!

The staff is great at night when I come here. The showers are very clean and modern. They have a very good selection of different products for truckers in there store. Lights, CBs, GPS, Tablets, coats, gloves, hats, straps, some tools. I would've rated 5 stars but I don't like the security. They have cameras but not everywhere. My vehicle was broken into and robbed of a lot valuable things. They had no cameras on the north side of the building. My vehicle was literally right outside the cashiers window and nothing was picked up on camera.

What's the point of offering premium WiFi when it literally fails the moment you step outside their building?Owner should invest in WiFi signal repeaters.Don't be so cheap!

Good prices. Lots of items to choose from. Addicting pizza. Fair prices.

There is very little parking and the few spots they have are occupied with steering wheel holders that aren’t fit to operate a bicycle let alone a commercial vehicle. Everything is wildly expensive , including the diesel however they do provide plenty of complimentary bottles of urine in the parking lot. I’m embarrassed to be a professional driver when I am unfortunate enough to find myself at an establishment like this.

I have been there last night around 3-4 am actually morning,find that store very clean and tidy.There was a girl who served me named Aman,She was very polite and humble , She was greeting every single customer with great enthusiasm, Now point is ,you hardly find someone like her doing job properly with smiling face and with helping nature specially at that point of day , Note it was 3-4 am in morning.

Half of the pumps are closed. They don't fix them! Don't waste your time here! Employees don't care at all. Lots of drivers don't pull forward when they finish fueling. Don't come here!!!

This flying J is brutal. I've stopped here many many times, I used to work around the corner. This place always stinks because of the water quality, parking is usually full for trucks other then reserved which This place has no right to charge for parking. I've even walked in the early morning and witnessed employees chatting and texting meanwhile, no coffee is available. Sugars and creamers not stocked up. Oh and ps, showering here should be a last resort, I always felt worse after showering then before. This is a very poorly operated flying j location.
