Called to rent a small tracked skid steer. Was told they would contact me in less than an hour because their computers weren't on yet. Did not hear back. Called a week later and was quoted over double the price for the equivalent machine from the local competitors rate. Was told they would see if they could do a better rate and that they would call me back. Yet again never heard back from them.I wish they had better service as I prefer Cat skid steers over Bobcat.But with they're rental rates and poor service I don't think I would use them again.

We had a project in our backyard and rented a mini excavator to do the job. Very pleased with the service I received.The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and recommended a machine that seemed to be just right for what we were doing. The machine was new, clean and we didn't have any issues. Would definitely recommend!
