Had the most wonderful birthday dinner experience for my fiancé where we had the best steak of our lives.Chris was most helpful and supportive in how I wanted dinner to go, and our server, Jamie, gave us the full fine dining experience.We appreciate the attention and knowledge of the entire staff, and thank the kitchen for the most delicious food. Highly recommend and hope to come back for more special occasions.

Fantastic experience and meal. The steak was phenomenal as well as all side dishes. Highly highly recommend checking this steakhouse out! Also the restaurant is very accommodating to those with Celiac disease.

Beautiful and fancy place, nice staff and delicious food.The team work was excellent.For sure try the caeser salad. I had the fish. The portion was very big. We ordered some sides dishes and they were too greasy for me but absolutely delicious.My husband had a steak, it was an expensive one, around $350. He said it wasn't worth it. I recommend this place if you want to have a fancy dinner.

Terrific place to have some scrumptious and top quality steaks. They have steaks from multiple firms and some of the firms have halal meat. You can choose halal steak from bunch of options. You can start with on the house fresh bread and butter. They have table-side Caesar salad which is amazing to watch and taste delicious. We also tried potato gratin as a side which was really filling. We tried Australian Rib-Eye and Lamb Chops. Both were extremely flavourful and cooked to the perfection. This is the only steak place in Toronto where I din’t have to add any extra salt and pepper as they were already flavour bombs. They also gave us free muffin to go. They are undoubtedly one of the high-end steak place in Toronto. It’s too expensive but taste, quality of food and extraordinary service won’t disappoint you.

Underrated steakhouse in the city. Beautiful ambience, great food, and friendly/accommodating staff. Having the option to have your car parked with valet is also great if you’re running a few minutes behind. My first visit was for my birthday. We were seated in the piano lounge which had a cool jazzy feel to it. We ordered the table side ceasar, a steak to share, a bunch of sides, and everything was absolutely divine. The second visit was on Valentine’s Day. We went late so we sat at the bar this time, but everything was as good as the first time. I had the Branzino and it just might be my new fave in the city. I also love that the give you option to order half sizes of their side accompaniments so you can try a little of everything if you’re feeling up to it. Would definitely go back and obviously recommend.

Amazing Steakhouse for celebrations - anniversaries and birthdays. Service is always top notch. Wagyu is worth trying... once.. with a group. Yes it melts in your mouth and yes there's nothing quite like it, but it's expensive and not worth breaking the bank for. Wagyu is more accessible now and there are a few Japanese stores in Toronto that sell it. Everyone gets the Ceasar salad but try the beet salad if it's available. The sea bass ceviche is quite nice too. With 2 apps, 2 sides, and 1 fourteen ounce steak is more than enough for two people. Especially with the complimentary popovers. For dry aged - if you want that real nuttiness and funkiness, aim for at least 60 days. 100+ days is when you'll real get that flavour flave.

Wow! Perfect service and excellent food. We Celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday day here the other night and it was a homerun. The service staff made my daughter feel like a princess. Best steakhouse in the city.

This steakhouse does not live up to it's name. I have been to many amazing steakhouses in this price range and Jacobs is ranked the lowest among them.We ordered the 14oz Guelph 55 day dry age rib eye and the 7oz Australian Wagyu.Both steaks were cooked to the perfect color (medium rare). Unfortunately, the both cuts were dry, chewy, and flavourless.It is sad that the most delicious course at a steakhouse... Was the tableside caesar salad.

WOW. A unique experience, elegant, masculine somehow, great selected meat choice with cooking at 1900°C. Meats are aged on site, 40, 150 days etc, great wine choice. I wanted a good wine from Ontorio - which is a challenge - and they had it. Quite satisfying. The waiter was so knowledgeable on everything. Now my business partner who invited told me that the 20% tip was charged at 30%. This is too bad for a $1150 CAD bill... and this is the reason why I rate the service 3 stars and not 5 stars. Now all the staff was incredibly attentive and likable. Highly recommended.

If you want upscale service and great food, then Jacob's Steakhouse is the place to be. Attention to detail is paramount, and you don't have to worry about anything else. The ceasar salad is made table side and it's absolutely delicious, shrimp cocktail is amazing!! Oysters are fresh with all the condiments. For my mains, the rib eye steak is the way to go!! Accompanied by duck fat fries, sautéed mushrooms, and broccoli. Looking forward to my next visit.
