Great first experience! Auto Tech installed new front brakes on my Q5. Service was professional and competent. I was given a choice of pads, along with his recommendation; I felt like I could make an informed decision without feeling like I was getting taken $$. Went in because I was hearing a roaring sound from the front tires. Within 20 minutes they had diagnosed that the right front wheel bearing was bad. Two hours later it was fixed for a reasonable price. Great service. Very satisfied.

The first time I worked in a garage and felt like I could trust them, and I was right. The price and the service were excellent

The attitude was all right. So I bought my current sedan 2 years ago, safetied by this shop. not even 1 month later, Canadian Tire told me the tie rod was broken. they actually showed me the thing was shaking a lot. I was like OK that's a bad luck of mine. Recently, I wanted to sell the car so I brought it in for safety. Guess what! they told me they could hear the exhaust leak, a control arm was no good and something else. Then I had a friend who knows about cars and worked in a shop check those. He checked everything and there was no leaks, the control arm was fine but the tie rod is going bad (control arm is more expensive). just be careful guys.

They’re honest and do a great job and their prices are fair. Will continue to come here. Thank you.

I can't say enough good things about Rami and his team. My car broke down and I found his shop online by chance. He got me in right away, told me he would take a peek.I knew it wasn't a simple situation and it being a Mini, parts weren't going to be cheap. He was able to isolate more than 1 problem and gave me options based on my finances.My ex husband is a mechanic and said his prices were extremely reasonable.The work was done quickly and properly and I couldn't be happier!Thanks Rami and crew!
