Lisa takes on a heavy load when she handles my Tonka, but she knows he's my best friend and she handles him gently and efficiently at all times. He was w rescue from Puerto Rico and had a lot of fears, but she calmed them all. She's the only one who can clip his nails. Tonka and I love Lisa!!!

This experienced, gentle, efficient conscientious groomer is my God given treasure. Her focused professionalism is displayed time and time again. She really goes the extra mile providing excellent care of both the pet and the pet owner. I so appreciate her ability and willingness to teach and share very helpful tips for pet care at home. I could go on and on... all positive.
