More then just a gym a true movement facility! It is the attention to detail and the personal touches that really separates Human 2.0 from other facilities. Stronger, more flexible and moving better then at any other time in my life. The integrated health-team approach improves recovery time from injuries and the physiotherapist on site is top-notch!

I love this gym! I have been an athlete for the better part of my life. I have always been pushed to perform as much as I can, but never to watch my form. With the help of all the amazing coaches, I have been able to gain incredible strength by doing exercises the RIGHT way, and it has helped me overcome long-term injuries. Movement is the way to go!

Attended their Saturday morning classes and had an amazing experience. The coaches were great at tailoring each of our experiences to our level of skill and flexibility. They were able to push us to what we were capable of.Well worth the trip to Ottawa for a workout and if you're in the city check them out.

A visit to Human 2.0 is my favourite way to start the day! The group workouts are varied. The coaches are well-prepared, thoroughly trained, and quick to adapt to individual needs. The atmosphere is always supportive and encouraging. The people, staff and other members, are great people to be around. After almost two years, I know I am stronger, more flexible, healthier, and a better Human! I am hooked - there is no getting bored with your workout here!

I have been practicing martial arts, as a sport, since the early 80's. I am now a senior citizen. As I age, I become more susceptible to injuries (ankles, knees, lower back, shoulders) when practicing, which seems to be something that many practitioners have to accept. Last year, a friend of mine introduced me to some of the exercises that they do at Human 2.0, as well as their videos on YouTube. I decided to include them in my workouts with my martial arts colleagues. After several months, we were amazed how much these exercises improved our capabilities and helped prevent injuries. As a result, I joined Human 2.0, taking 2 to 3 classes a week, as supplementary training to martial arts. It has been almost a year now. Their balanced approach to mobility, strength and endurance really stops or even turns back the clock for me - I can now execute favorite kicks, spins, jumps confidently without injury. This benefit also carries over to my daily life and chores, such as blowing/shoveling snow, mowing the lawn, gardening etc.. I intend to stay with the program in the foreseeable future.Peter Au, Ph.D.

Love this place! It completely changed the way I saw fitness and health. The trainers are extremely professional and most of all inspiring. Nothing but great things to say. I've been going here for over a year, and will continue to come back! I love the training team, they have really changed the way that I think about fitness and how I train. They are detail oriented and take the time to go through exercises, especially if you are unfamiliar. The facilities are great. Turf, rings, bars, racks - all the equipment you could ever need, and they still have lots of space for movement. Can't say enough great things about this gym, you need to experience it for yourself!
