Spoke to Kevin over the phone and. He. Said to come In to have a look at the car. When I arrived he was really rude, did not want to look at the car giving excuses. Also stated that I would cry that the job would be expensive and would not want to do, when he had never spoke about money before. Ultimately I would avoid this place and not waste your time and give you business to a shop that actually wants your work and doesn’t act like they have to move mountains just do a similar brake job.

Been coming to this shop almost 3 years now since 2015. And I can definitely recommend this shop to anyone no matter what they drive, or what they plan to have done on their vehicles.I remember my very first experience here like it was yesterday. A last minute appointment that was made through a friend. They were able to fit me in on a busy day for a simple tire mounting, balancing, and wheel change over. Upon arriving my first impressions of the place, is the environment felt much more welcoming in comparison to other shops I've been to. Its such a great positive environment to be around. And mind you the vehicle I had brought in wasn't anything special, just a cheap regular car. They had the service done very fast and efficiently. And was even given a precaution/heads up on something I may have to fix afterwards. Which actually leads into my second visit here, which was another last-minute service that was done very well.Overall, the reason I've kept coming back to this shop is that I've always been taken care of, right from the very first visit till now. Prices are just about the same as any other shop you'll go to. But the service here is even better. I highly recommend this shop!!

SFG Autohaus was recommended to me by a family member. Kevin took care of my Lexus IS with care. I have been coming back since for the past 2 years for all my car needs. Kevin is honest, nice and hard working. He will explain what needs to be done if work is required. I would definitely recommend SFG Autohaus for all your car needs.

Came here for an exhaust and lowering springs install for my mustang. Kevin was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back in the future when I need more things done for my car.

Excellent customer service, have been coming here for the last 5 years, and they have always been kind and courteous. Starting with the phone call, excellent customer service and very accommodating. I wanted to get lowering springs installed and was taken in right away. I was also hoping to get some engine diagnostics.I arrived to the shop and Chris was busy with customers and kindly asked me to wait a moment. I was the welcomed and shown to their customer waiting area decorated with fans and trophies and given an ice cold water bottle. Really taking care of everyone!The work performed was efficient and thorough and done by not only experienced employees but passionate. Everyone in that shop knows and loves cars. After test driving the car a few times a recommendation was made and supported with a quote to install. If I had the money to spend, it would be there.They really have a great operation going on over there! Definitely recommend anyone who needs work done, from daily to race car, to check out SFG Autohaus.

Came to Kevin on the recommendation of a friend, for a lowering spring installation on my 2020 Civic Type R, and all I can say is WOW! What an amazing guy, easily one of the nicest people I have ever met. Chatted with my friend and I for quite some time, and always made us feel comfortable! Amazing price, amazing dude, amazing service, what more could you ask for!
