Excellent service! Brought my vehicle in the morning to replace the back window on a f150. They replaced the window and I couldn't be more satisfied with the job they did and the amount of time it took. I would recommend fleetwood Speedy Glass to anyone.

Poor service! We were scheduled for windshield replacement at Speedy glass fleetwood branch today and as we arrived to their office, it turned out that they can’t do the replacement due to some delivery problems! They didn’t gave us a heads up few days before the appointment abot this matter! We are very upset with their service and will NOT recommend them to other customer and to our friends!!!

Very fast service, the staff here is amazing. They are polite and knowledgeable. They do a amazing job. I've had 2 windshields and 3 rock chips fixed. They are trust worthy folk.

If I could give the staff at this place 100 stars I honestly would! from the moment I made the call to set up an appointment to take my vehicle in, to the moment when I dropped it off and pick it up, it was truly an exceptional experience in terms of the level of service that I received from every single employee that works at this place. And to top it all off! when I had stated that I was unable to make it back in time to pick up my car due to the fact that I was unable to find a ride there, they offered to have a taxi pick me up from my workplace and take me there! I mean really?!?! that is customer service at it's best. They did a fantastic job in replacing my windshield and for providing the best service that I have ever had in their industry. Got my glass replaced here, took a little bit longer than usual but they had to get the glass for the OEM. Best part is that they deal with the insurance for so you only have to pay only what is required.Gear business and they don't try to up sell you extras.

Big thanks to the crew at Speedy on Fraser Hwy in Surrey for such quick service and being so helpful! I brought my car in last minute to (hopefully) repair the windshield so that my son could take his ICBC road test the next day (!!Whoops!! I forgot they won't let you take the test if there is a crack!). Because the crack was in the line of sight, the windshield needed to be replaced. They were able to source a new windshield same day and replaced it within hours while getting me to and from work!! THANK YOU! I really appreciate awesome service like this!! You guys are the BEST!

I was able to book an appointment the same day I called and finished it in only 20mins. They were also very informative and nice. They did an excellent job and told me that the reason it looks so nice is because I came in soon after the rock chip was made. The sooner you fix your crack the nicer and newer it will look. Therefore, if you wait weeks to fix it and you can still see the shadow of the crack it is not their fault but yours.

Went there today but they never resolved the issue of the windshield glass chip...still there. The sad part is, when my SUV went out from their shop....There's more cracks found on my windshield glass, which I know for certain wasnt there when I brought my SUV to their shop....What a waste of money, I dunno what they did inside - but they messed up my windshield glass and to be honest I dont wanna come back there anymore...They said lifetime warranty, that is probably you'll end up keep coming back there for more repairs. Really hated it.
