Welcome to Waterdown Sleep Country! I recently had a warranty issue with my son's mattress. Coincidentally I also had a warranty claim on an older queen at the same time. For the most part Sleep Country honored the warranty claim but not without some challenges. HOWEVER, the guys at the Waterdown store (Dan and Doug) were FANTASTIC helping us to navigate the process. They bent over backwards trying to address our needs, to make things better and ensure we weren't in any way out of pocket. They truly understand customer service and worked hard to keep this customer happy.Thanks guys! Keep up the great work. We will be back.

We had Cindy help us out, she was excellent. Very knowledgeable helpful not pushy. We found the perfect bed. Very strict COVID rules but that made us even happier knowing they have taken thing seriously for all our safety!

Purchased a bloom mattress for my son. I tried it out for a few nights while visiting him. It was very comfortable the memory foam was little firm hugged me all night. Easy to set up and very comfortable for the price.

I’ve left a little suspect regarding Sleep Country.My wife originally entered the store to look at adjustable beds. The clerk at Sleep Country advised her that since we were sleeping on a firm Tempur-pedic mattress that we should go with a firm Sealy mattress. Unfortunately unknown to us a coil mattress is significantly different than a Tempur-pedic mattress. In other words a firm Sealy mattress is significantly firmer than the mattress we were used to. Either way my wife purchased the twin adjustable bed with Sealy firm mattresses.I contacted them some 20 days later and advised that I would like to change to a medium firm mattress, the same type Sealy only less firm. A medium firmness. The clerk advised that I should come in and check to see that that was the mattress that I wanted because we can only exchange them once.My wife and I showed up at the sleep country show room and we’re given no service because the clerk at the time was too tied up with trying to update the software in their computer system. Regardless we agreed that the medium firm Sealy mattress is acceptable. At the time we noticed that the medium Sealy mattress was approximately $200 less expensive than the firm mattresses we had. I contacted sleep country and advise them that we’d like to change the mattresses for a medium firm mattress. I was expecting a credit seeing as the medium mattresses were $200 less expensive than the firm mattresses. However when they contacted me afterwards to advise me of the price difference much to my surprise they were informing me that the exchange would cost me an additional $500.He tried to explain to me that the mattresses that I originally purchased were on sale when I bought them and therefore the difference between firm and medium were resulting in a increased cost.I decided not to go ahead and exchange them only because I didn’t feel comfortable. It felt like their hands were in my pocket and they were trying to get more money out of me, unfairly so.

Cindy was a wonderful sleep country representative. She gave me so many points to consider and was generous with her time and answered all of my questions. She helped me pick the best bed for my body and at a great price. She was also helpful when accommodating my moving delivery needs and offered advice when the bedframe I ordered did not arrive. During these crazy times it’s really meaningful to have a genuine person going the extra mile for you. Thank you Cindy I love my tempurpedic and so does everyone I make lie in it! Highly recommend!

We just finished purchasing a mattress from the Waterdown Ontario Sleep Country. What a great experience it was! Special thanks to Mitrang for his courteous and professional assistance in making sure that we got the best mattress for us. We highly recommend shopping at the Waterdown store. We tried the Aldershot store but it's chaos there because of IKEA. Thanks again Mitrang, we will be back!

The instore associate was very informative. It is the management in customer service that is lacking. First I was NEVER informed by the associate that the adjustable frames were not eligible for return with the 100 night guarantee. If I had known this I would have not purchased the set. I have called customer service repeatedly and No one is calling me back. This is a very expensive set that I do not want. Seems like they are not willing to work with me on this. I’d be quite happy to trade in for something different but they are not bothered. The comments from the regional manager Tracy were ridiculous. If that’s the way your company deals with people you should be ashamed. So i am still waiting for response to a bed set I do not want and have spent thousands on. Treat your customers better. The battle continues.
