This is a review specifically for Naomi Saulnier. She is selling a home I currently rent and I think her actions deserve a review, as I feel they are unprofessional. For the past month and a half I have been on the receiving end of viewings , appraisals and inspections with 24 hour notice at all times and often a few days notice. I have had no issues until today. Today Naomi gave me notice of another appraisal in my unit after I have already been given notice that the house was sold. Clearly that did not happen. Of course I did not expect to be told on a day to day basis of what’s happening with the house I rent, but I did inform Naomi that I have Covid. Naomi proceeded to tell me that I have had an issue with everything and threatened to tell the new owners that I am not easy to deal with. First of all, I have not ever prevented or tried to prevent you with any showings, bookings, or inspections until now. So telling me that I have had an issue with everything is untrue. Secondly, to threaten to inform others that I am difficult to deal with is extremely unprofessional on your part, I have an amazing experience with the family I have rented from for the past 6 years and no issues with the current one. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, Naomi Saulnier is not a professional real estate agent.
