I ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage and egg and a coffee. 25 mins later I got a bacon and egg wrap with a coffee. Took a bite out of the wrap and realized it was bacon and egg. I have a bacon allergy and they told me that is what I ordered and I should eat it anyways. I mentioned that I would get sick. Great start to my fathers day!

I’m not sure I understand the concept of Starbucks stores that are not really Starbucks (licensed). You can’t use your Starbucks card, you cannot get points, prices are higher and there’s no wifi.Coffee still tastes good , same proof available, good location.I wish the staff was a little more friendly and I wish they would have dark roast in the afternoon.

Ordered and paid for an $8 sandwich and after waiting for it for about 7 minutes they came out and told me and another customer who had been waiting before me that “they are out of sandwiches right now” ??? It was only about 1 in the afternoon and it was not at all busy. They offered a refund but it was overall a largewaste of time.

Employees were very friendly and polite and also I love the interior design of this outlet.Quick service and clean place.It is located very close to a lot of hotels such as Courtyard Inn by Marriott hotel and Howard Johnson Hotel and etc.Entire experience with the coffee was great as always, just what you expect from visiting Starbucks

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The pike place coffee was not fresh. This location was not busy (about 11am on a Tuesday, we were the only customers) so coffee sits waiting for customers, instead of being made fresh every 20 minutes or so like another chain does. The barista was alright, but really seemed like she’d rather be elsewhere. Not rude, but but pleasant either.

Ordered a pike place. KATIE poured the coffee. Then decided. Her phone was more important then giving me my order... Poor customer service at its best.. Katie needs her phone and attitude taken away !!!

My wife and I stopped in for a breakfast bite and coffee on our walk to the Falls. Our food tasted good and fresh. The service was good… not friendly, but at least cordial. Our drinks were delicious. We would definitely go back.

Baristas are very rude. I told the barista that my drink wasn’t made right. I got a shaken espresso which they made into an iced latte. I asked the barista if they could shake the drink or remake it as it was not made right. They were rude, told me it is made right and spoke to me in a very condescending tone.Do better!

Can’t use your rewards card at this location, they also charge extra for NO ice, and apparently prices are higher here too. They charged me for no ice, but still messed up my order and put ice in it, but to be fair, they fixed it and ended up with free drink. Lady at the cash was a bit rude. No soap in washroom
