I have received complete and thorough service from Derek Chase & Associates regarding my situation. There is a monthly payment due on April 2nd 2020 that I will be unable to complete due to an error with CIBC. My cpp failed to deposit on March 27/2020 as the transit # was incorrect. I am informed that corrections will take between 5 and 30 days. I called today (01/04/2020) to arrange an e transfer as soon as these funds are placed in the proper account.Thank you for your patience and understanding .
