Got 4 bags of polymeric sand from this place, one of the best high quality sand compared to the ones from lowes and Home Depot, it instantly becomes glue between interlocking and looks amazing

I was referred to SW Stoneworks by a friend who used this company for their interlock.I have a mixed review, but overall I’m going to give four stars of which I’ll explainI didn’t attend the yard to get my flagstone, but rather trusted the staff who are knowledgable in the field of flagstone. I am happy to say that the quality of the stone and the HPB stone was exactly what I needed. Unfortunately the estimation of amount required, was off but that’s neither here nor there and I had to have a second delivery of Flagstone and HPB.I think upon reflection, myself and SW Stoneworks were a victim of unfortunate circumstances, and somethings were beyond their control, which allowed me to give them some grace.My delivery was to be for 9 o’clock on Friday morning, but due to a truck breakdown I couldn’t get my materials until 2 o’clock and the project didn’t get finished. I tried to get my materials the next day, but due to one vehicle being out of commission as stated, I couldn’t be squeezed in on their scheduled deliveries.I did call in to express my frustration, and eventually I spoke with the owner Scott. For an owner of a company, to be transparent and honest about the struggles of trying to make clients happy during unforeseen circumstances, and obviously affecting his cost is something that can’t be overlooked. A true professional doesn’t dismiss clients and Scott was fully honest, transparent, and told me all that has occurred that was beyond his control.They did the very best they could to accommodate me with their obvious restrictions of manpower and vehicles. The product itself is perfect and exactly what I wanted. Despite time not working in my favour for delivery, I am pleased with the product and was able to send a picture with my project outlook and receive great advice.The front desk staff was very polite and represents the company well.
