NAPA AUTOPRO - Rodgers Automotive Service

I have been using Rodgers Automotive for many years. During that time, I have always found the service to be professional, prompt and cost appropriate. When I go in with an issue, the mechanics are great to explain what the issue is and then are able to explain what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. I always know I am getting a fair assessment. They always try to fit me into their schedule in a timely manner. I will continue to recommend and attend Rodger's Automotive.

Takes advantage of customers and their money! when called to speak about their work negligence and figure something out, was actually hung up on. did not do proper inspection, communication or work - which caused greater problems leading to needing a new transmission; after we put in over 1300 dollars to them already. argumentative and patronizing. As a young woman, i was left in tears feeling belittled and taken advantage of

AMAZING SERVICE !Fair prices and honest !I brought my 2015 Durango in with an engine problem, with no appointment. No promises were made but luck would have it they had it fixed within 24 hrs ! They even thanked me for my business and reminded me don't forget to come back !!! Very small town feel. They just gained a return customer !!!!

Highest recommendation! Doug and his team are fair, honest and always looking for the best solution for your circumstances! Chris and the staff are friendly and easy going, and really enjoyable! The team at Rodgers has done everything from brakes, regular oil changes, tires and most recently a major repair and recommendation- after taking a lot of time and expertise to diagnose before coming to a tough conclusion and of course Doug’s recommendation likely saved me a ton of money! Also thank you to Chris and Doug’s mechanic Roger!

Amazing service. Was 5 hrs away from home and our van broke down. Within an hour he had a new calliper ordered and installed and we were on our way. Priced great and he did not take advantage of our situation

I got a flat tire close to Rodgers Automotive and was stuck on the side of the road! They helped me with everything and got me back on the road in less than an hour - in the middle of their already busy day. The fee charged was so reasonable and Doug was very friendly. Not all garages find the problem, replace parts and once you pick up your vehicle do they show you the faulty part they took off and explain what happened. I have had nothing but positive experiences with all the staff there no matter what position. They don't do anything to your vehicle if it is unnecessary. My experience with them is that they look after your best interests first and communication is perfection. I appreciate everything they do for me with every visit and there will never be any other garage I take my vehicle to. They have gotten to know my poor vehicle very well, and they are honest with it, look after it and every time I pick it up I smile.
