Movie great butI don't recommend OutTakes classic poutine for 13.49 when they just cover the bottom of the box. Nothing what the picture actually shows. Greed

Instead of paying online we went to theatre to buy tickets but no cashier was schedule for tickets or customer service.We ended up buying tickets online.Website says that this theatre has reclining seats but this is lie. Seats are old and not reclining.I was tired from travelling and thought that I relax on the recliners but the experience was not comfortable for an older person in a 10pm show. My back got sore.

Took my daughter to see The Little Mermaid in 3D everything was fresh as can be as far as food, everything was clean staff was presentable and more than helpful and to top it off my daughter and I got to sit and watch The Little Mermaid in an empty movie theater it was perfect

When we arrived at the concession stand to purchase tickets and food there was a line of at least 10+ customers and only 1 staff member working on the till. This of course lead to service being extremely slow…which would not have been such an inconvenience to me (I work retail..I understand) if there had not been AT LEAST 5 other staff members in the lobby watching the line grow and doing NOTHING to assist their coworker and speed up the process. The manager (a young women likely in her early 20s) stood off the side chatting with a young man (also a staff member) while watching the the sole associate on the register struggle to manage all the customers. She did NOTHING to improve efficiency or customer service the entire time I stood in the line. There were also multiple other staff members watching, standing around and not doing any work. One young man was ON his PHONE the ENTIRE time. I literally watched him walk around in circles with his head bent into his phone! When we walked out of the theatre after our movie was done he was at the ticket stand on his phone again totally oblivious to the customers around him! This location seriously needs to freshen up on their customer service (The southland theatre is far better at efficiency and friendliness). I know it’s a movie theatre, I don’t expect it to be the most professional place. But, I myself have worked in customer service for years and I think this is by far one of the most unprofessional examples I have come across.

I am a Scene+ member and love the fact I can use my points to purchase the movie tickets and snack combos. The staff at the concession were friendly but I wish there was someone at the front to direct us to where the auditorium was/scan our tickets, as it was our first time at this theatre. Really great experience otherwise and the 3D experience was perfect for watching Avatar 2!

It was fun watching funny movie. The Man Called Otto.

The managers there are very nice, and so are the cast members. The food is good, though quite expensive. The theatres may not have reclining seats, but you forget all of that once the movie starts. The visual and audible experience is brilliant. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because, while it is rare, the auditoriums have been having issues lately. Other than that, it's great.

You can have a big tv, but nothing compares to the theater, it makes the show totally different and the sound is amazing. The chairs are way more comfortable than the old ones. And the show was very action packed which added to the xperience. And you cant beat the popcorn, and a zillion flavors of pop in the machine.... Verrry good time...

Old gross popcorn for $8 a bag really? The seats are horrible too. No support. People kicking your seat and putting their shoes all over your seat. Remember when theatres had ushers? Or when they had comfortable seats made from breathable cloth fabric that they actually kept clean. Remember when things were good in this city? What happened. Demand better.

Movie chairs aren't great compared to other cinema halls. Even the southland cineplex is better then this cinelplex. The food is okay too. I recommend southland cineplex or landmark.
