We would like to thank the policemen & policewomen who responded to the crisis in our building at 1970 Fowler Drive in Mississauga today. Despite the situation, they were very polite & later came to check if we were ok & thank us for our cooperation. God bless them & keep them safe

Thank you to all Officers who responded to an emergency situation at my parents home in Mississauga yesterday. Special thanks to Officer Donte #4410 for saying the right words to my Mom and I to keep us calm given the circumstances. Donte , you truly are a class act and give integrity to the Police force . I will never forget the help and comfort you gave to my Family. Thanks for risking your lives every day and being there for all Peel residents. I have read many negative reviews on this site but from my experience I have to strongly disagree with the negative comments. Keep up the great work gentlemen.

Terrible front desk/collision reporting service:My dad's car got hit at the side door, and called me for help. I got to the scene, the guy who hit our car already left. The only info they provided to us is a Nigerian driver's license and my dad took a photo of the guys' license plate, no insurance cert. I took my dad to division 11, as this is the long weekend nothing else is open. spoke to the female officer at the front, who was not busy at all, and said they cannot do anything at all, because my dad was not able to get the other person's insurance info. Then I said, they guy wasn't able to provide it, that is why I am here. The female officer then said, we should have called the police to the scene, and nothing she is going to do. I am like, here I am talking to the police for help. That was an absolutely unacceptable service provided by this local police, so I went home called the Reporting Non-Emergencies # looking for help. Then someone suggested that the police department should have at least started my file without the other guy's insurance info. They also told me to go to other police division and try. I was very upset, in this whole experiences, do I have to be a damn lawyer who knows every line in accidental law before talking to the police so they can actually do something to help ? or I should run back to the accident scene, where the guy hit us already left, and called 911 and get the cop to come in and chase the guy, who could not provide their insurance info, please help? so basically the female officer, representing this division is telling me to find my own way to chase that guys' insurance because she is not going to help at all. i don't know if I just hit a loop hole in their process or they are just too busy" to deal with me.I am going to file a complaint next day for sure. Hopefully whoever reading this will learn something from my story..."

Thank you for all your help yesterday evening, Peel 11 division regional police who I rang for help. The ladies and male office mental health trained police were a great help for my child. So I could get him home without a problem. Followed their advice once home, to help son get the help he needs, and support for myself due to the difficulties. It is hard, they're right on that.Stay safe. You're all a godsend in the community, you do a great job, and clearly are a huge wonderful help. Thank you again.

Incredible experience with this station/the officers. I’ve been to 11 Division 2 times in the past 3 weeks for documentation (VSS). Both times I received the document the day of which blew me away (I was expecting at least a 2 week wait period for each document). The members I interacted with were personable, polite and professional. I left feeling very encouraged. Thank you, Peel Regional Police and keep up the incredible work.

They were so nice and gentle when I was handcuffed by two police officer, and their vehicles are incredibly roomy. Smoothing driving and very friendly to open the door for me to get out of the car. Overall, they are amazing! Love to be arrested by those officer again for sure！

I met with cadet Ruben to get help with a person that hit my car and left only a phone number and no insurance info. The person kept stalling and dragging about getting my car repaired. Cadet Ruben explained that my damages are not enough to file a report but he went above and beyond and personally contacted the other party and got me the insurance information to get my car fixed. He was very respectful and helpful.

Better customer service from fast food employees. Was told to pick up an item before they logged it away, came in and then told by another officer that what the first officer told me was not allowed? and they had to log things away instantly. Told to wait till a certain day and call in, when I do i get no response. One of those two officers is too incompetent to be working with law enforcement

My car broke down in a mall and this wonderful Police Officer came to my rescue. Office Nelson (Badge 3102)Tried to start the car called for CAA and went above and beyond to ensure that he was there to help a seniorI am so impressed with how well he help and said that this was what the police service was there to do when people need assistance

11 Division had been really warm to me and went out of their way to understand my problem and provide the best help.I had lost some important documents and Mr. Binkley was very helpful and proactive in his approach.I congratulate his superiors for having such a dependable team member working with them.
