Dollarama

I visit this Dollarama a couple times per week. This location tends to be well stocked. The birthday/celebratory card selection is quite large with good selection as well. There are a few self-checkout registers in addition to traditional registers. Personally, that makes my experience quicker, as I usually only need to purchase a couple items/snacks. I would recommend this location.

A lady was disrespectful, not polite enough to respect customers or to be friendly. Another person in the same store was ready to help and she stopped the colleague from helping us. Which is upfront visible, she should at least have basic humanity. I’m not sure of her name, she was in the store during the time of this review posted. Store person should be helpful, teach her some basic respect and not to take customers for granted.

Jasmine was a very patient and capable cashier! I asked if she was a manager, she said, I wish!". Very friendly and helped me make dirt choices... Literally... I went in to buy "organic dirt"

As ever, one of the best places to get value for your money. We were trying to find a particular vase, and the search ended here . Thanks, Dollarama.

Good material, good staff

Middle-aged female, white employee with glasses and straight medium-length brown hair was unbelievably disrespectful. As I was trying to retrieve a rectangular tablecloth tucked behind a number of circular table cloths on the highest shelf, she then chastised me from across the aisle in front of other customers asking « Well, am I going to have to put those all back up again? » in a condescending tone. Not even taking a second to understand the reason I had to do so was because of their disorganization. Once I explained it to her, there was no attempt at an apology for this mistreatment of a customer until much later when I was cashing out. She was working at 4pm on Friday, February 24, 2023.

Best place to buy Small items...they keep the best quality products

If you go to store they guys are doing nothing, literally, you aproach them and they say they're drowned with job but still the guys are just standing still, just to change one thing on a desktop they take 3 to 4 days even though there is professionals" taking care of your computer"

I like the prices on most items, you do have to watch what you buy. I purchased the sand paper, never again it was garbage. I do buy many items that are excellent products.the stores are always clean and tidy, well lite with staff ready to help you.
