Took our puppy Tella in last minute for a nail trim. Staff were falling behind because of a staff emergency but handled it very well and apologetic in the situation. We’re very sweet to our little girl. Will keep on returning! Thanks team!

Worst place ever. My mom took my dog Monday for me and they cut my dog soo short that she looks ridiculous. According to my mom they looked up what her old dog used to get cut like and cut her to match my mom's deceased dog even though they were told to leave her longer. Now my dog looks like my mom's dead dog and its freaking out everyone out.

Brought my rescue bunny here for a hair trim, nails, ears. He was in bad shape especially his matted fur. They treated him so well made him comfortable and he came out so soft and a happy boy. Highly recommend

We dropped our 9 year old dog off this morning for a haircut and nail trim. He looks like a puppy again!! Brushcuts did an amazing job and would highly recommend them.

Took my senior dog in, and was told to drop off at 8:30am. He wasn't actually dealt with until 1:30pm! And also wasn't ready until 3:40.AN ENTIRE DAY. Practically in a cage. I would have dropped him off much later! Absolutely abuse! I can't even put into words how upset I am.

My pup visited Brushcuts for the 1st time today. We are so pleased with the exceptional care they took of him, as he is almost 12 and has a few issues. He looks adorable. Thank you so much for looking after my boy. We will be back again.

We took our St. Bernard Great Pyrenees x here for her first groom and they were AMAZING!! My girl is afraid of her own shadow at times and they took beautiful care of her & addressed all her double coat issues (matts).

My dog gets quite aggressive when it comes to professional grooming in which many groomers have turned him down or I have been called through the appointment to pick him up without completing his grooming session. He's had a few traumatizing experiences in the past with groomers which has forced an informal groom at home. My vet and a friend referred me to Brushcuts as I've been struggling to find groomers that are willing to accept him. I'm so relieved that my dogs appointment went well! He was comfortable with the groomer (which is rare) and he looks and smells amazing! I am so happy with Brushcuts services - the staff is knowledgeable and so kind and caring to the dogs. I will definitely be bringing my dog back and will recommend to others.
