We came to Zen yoga for a bachelorette party and did a Zumba/yoga class and it was amazing! Kim did such a great job guiding us through a fun class and personalized the class for the bride. Thank you Kim and Zen Yoga House for a great time!

Each and every visit to Zen is always magical whether it’s for yoga with Melanie, boxing with Maria or to attend a workshop. You can feel the love and warmth infused into the space. I always look forward to everything I attend there.
