Team Recruiter has been instrumental in enhancing my co-op experience, particularly through the guidance and support of my mentors, Tanvi and Richard. This opportunity has allowed me to acquire a diverse range of skills, including the development of sourcing strategies, candidate application assessment, professional relationship building, and employer branding.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Leonard and Sunita and want to share the key aspects of my experience. First and foremost my experience was AAA in that they seem to care about their candidates and work hard to pair them with the right client(s) They took the time to work with me, providing subtle improvement to better market my resume, the interview tips and tricks was valuable (and is critical for folks that may be out of practice with interviews). What I liked the most, was feeling like I had the one-to one luxury package! I felt as though I had their full attention, and I was interacting with family. The process of pairing the candidate to the right client seems meticulous, hence their success rate in getting their candidates to the interview level. The personal touch in the form of messages of encouragement prior to an interview and the debrief support post each interview was welcomed, and I would recommend they keep this process. I was submitted for 2 positions at separate companies and was shortlisted and went on to interview with both companies of which one resulted in an offer. I just wish I could give 5. Team Recruiter according to me 3rd favorite agency of mine. I've to provide both sided reviews.☆Positive☆: Saundarya and Fathiya amongst the recruiters are the best enough who deals with the employers in a highly professional manner. ☆Negative☆: On the other hand I felt Sunita Singh was one of the racist and rudest Recruiter I've ever seen in my life. In the past I applied many roles with other agencies but never been questioned why I'm coming back and forth and I don't think I should give enough justifications to a Recruiter about my personal life. Didn't fins her professional apart from being rude.
