I brought my dog with me and she had a accient on the floor. I was embarrassed and cleaned it up. The staff didn't make a big deal and were nice about it.

These guys are scam artists. I bought a pair of boots as a gift and had to return them a few days later and they charged me a 50 dollar restocking fee. I cud of went and put them back on the shelf in 10 seconds. Complete rip off artists and scammers. Pure thieves. I will never shop there again

The staff here are friendly. It's a great store but they rarely have my size of pants and shorts.

seemed like they had lots of nice stuff here and there were actually quite a few things that I would of probably considered buying. only downside was that they had nothing in my size 2xl or my wife ex small or small like not one single small in the hole store. maybe it was just the day I was there but the staff told me it's usually pretty difficult to find so just a heads up.

Found some good shorts that were on sale and they had some great buy one get one free socks. Staff were pleasant and on top of the sanitizing and cleaning.

Returning and exchanging items at the Trail store was a mess! Spent almost an hour in the store to return 2 pairs of shorts and 4 shirts, and purchase 4 other shirts and 4 pairs of shorts. Have a freaking pocket full of receipts as the cashier screwed up the first couple attempts. Not a great visit ;)

Lots of good clothing, staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
