The pool and grounds are always clean and the staff is amazing. Public swim is always lively and a fun time with good music. I'm impressed overall.

Very nice pool. The staff are rude, and there is no respect at all towards other people. they are simply kids who want to pretend to be bossy. It's the city falt who hires kids to manage such a place. There are too many useless restrictions, but hey, this is Canada and not Cuba or Mexico. The city should teach those kids how to talk with respect to people. Send inspectors and watch them. Very disappointing!!!

The manager and all the staff are very friendly, kind and supportive! It’s so much fun here! They have so many cool activities and games to do in the pool. There is always something to do! They make you feel welcomed! I really enjoy coming here. Also, the water is really clean :) I highly recommend this pool!!

Very disorganized. There are no adults so the older kids (teachers) with 13, 14 years old going out of control. Pushing, changing schedules with out informing the parents. Pushing kids when they are jumping from the board. No life guards while all kids in the pool during play, during lessons. It should be an adult to control the activities.

Best place to spend your summer: great family atmosphere, lots of activities and fun, swimming and diving competitions, lifeguards that grew up at the pool..such a great place to spend your time! My kids absolutely love this place!

This is the best pool on the West Island! People from other pools come here wanting to do private lessons with our pro instructors!! Anyone with a negative experience was not personally there!!

Versailles Pool is the best place to spend your summer. It is the only pool with a million dollar view! Excellent staff who always greet you with a smile. Lots of fun activities for everyone to enjoy!

Beautiful pool down by the water whose reconstruction has made my experience this summer so enjoyable. What a kind group of lifeguards, professional and well-informed.I'd recommend this spot to anyone!

Great new pool and view on the river is beautiful but music a bit loud, and too bad that the changing rooms are not open because people use the washroom to change ..and if you need to just go" you have to wait a long time.."
