The folks there are keen to help with any questions or problems you may have, and they gave me the impression that they do care about my pet. Reasonable prices too. If there are options that will not only benefit your pet, but save you money, they do not hesitate to share that information.

Took my mil dog in payment was supposed to be on file. Was shamed for something that wasn't my fault. Never bringing my animals back here again!

Took my dog for the first time in 2 years to catch up on her shots. Staff are great to work with. They remembered her, she remembered them. It was an exciting visit, even after the 2 needles.

They look at my little boy Hydro (RIP), and they we're very friendly, and honest. He was 17 and had a great life, I miss him so much.

I called in today urgently needing to see a vet because my dog was sick. They took me in within a couple of hours. It was determined that my dog was very sick and was not long to this world. It was discussed and determined the best way was to put him down to stop his suffering. The lady vet who worked with my husband and I, was so compassionate and considerate and knew what we were going through. They didn’t try for force extra bloodwork or scans etc. in order to make a profit. I felt like they were trying to make it as easy as possible for us at this difficult time. Took our puppy to her first vet trip for her shots. Let's just say it was an 'explosive' experience! The staff were incredibly understanding and helpful which helped put us all at ease.

Dr Stephens is always a pleasure to visit. She takes amazing care of my pooch and always takes the time to answer all my questions, appointments never feel rushed. Victor loves sniffing around the backyard while he waits to be called in!
