Applied for a loan almost 2 weeks ago and have only received 1 call back - couldn't answer bc I was working. I've called but they never answer, always get an answering machine. Not very happy.

The staff is always friendly and customer oriented. The lines are not long at all and convenience of the services they provide are awesome. Recently I needed to convert some of my CDN funds into UK pounds and get a bank check to attach to correspondence. The staff worked quickly and efficiently and I was out of there with my funds in no time at all. Thanks.

It has the feel of a neighborhood bank

Extremely racist bank manager the one with short hair. I was going to deposit a cheque I understood it would be held. However I wanted my OD payout. The teller went and asked the BM, she took one look at me and flat out said NO! So I declined their sevice took my cheque to 33rd st branch. Not one problem, question or blink at me? I got my OD and deposit for hold. Thank You 33rd St. Branch, thank you for not profiling ur customers. I am one Happy Camper 5★'s to 33rdReply: Down to the issue! 20th Saskatoon is the hood! I cringe to come here as a Native I know Ill be profiled. I was not.dressed up fancy I put on a baseball cap that day! Its funny when I was dressed up I was offered to make an appt. for a small business loan? Lol How quickly that changed!

I started my first bank account at this branch almost 20 years ago. Have been a loyal CU customer since.Staff are helpful and treat people with respect. I've never had a problem with any advisor and have had good experiences with both loan and mortgage lenders.They can also help you build your credit and I've never had anyone try to sell me any services that I don't need.Thanks everyone at Affinity!

They have books you can buy for a dollar when I visit to withdraw some cash and pay bills . The first time I went here as my first time putting up my own account I was surprised of how they really want to help me and they are even helpful to ask about mobile banking which I really am confused about .
