I do not like writing bad reviews, but maybe this review can help people know better and not be caught by surprise. The time for phone appointments with the health care specialists might not be respected. In my case, the doctor simply did not call or notify me of the delay. And quite honestly, I still don't know if there will be any calls at all or not. As you might also notice, the phone lines do not work and the answering machine is full. The only way to contact them is the email which if you are lucky they will answer. An answer which was not necessarily helpful in my case. So, expect this when you are reorganizing your day to accommodate a visit or a phone call appointment. They used to be good, I don't know what happened.

Doctor does not care about patient's concerns, expectations, or insight. brushes off symptoms and concerns. Terrible and rushed experience. Doctor didn't even know a simple fact about a common medication I was taking before. They simply don't care and just want you out of the office ASAP with 0 interest of following up.

Extremely rude reception service. I got interfered by another receptionist while on the phone for her to shout in my face because she ASSUMED I’m asking about “how long till the test results” while I was discussing the missing blood tests from my file. Very unprofessional, I repeated myself 4 times, they seem confused and don’t know their job. Very bad for a place where we have to trust people we work with it because it concerns our health. Lastly while saying thank you she hang up in my face, such a horrible experience

You need to hire someone who can answer phone calls, without being rude to ppl.

Best experience at a clinic I’ve had in a very long time. I came to the clinic with a very bad throat infection. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and the clinic was clean and inviting. I was seen right away. The dr that I had. Was great, I wish I remembered his name. He was very friendly seemed really interested in my problem and was eager to help. I will be definitely going back there when needed.❤️❤️

Called in to follow up about something quite serious following my first appointment. Receptionist was not interested in speaking with me, rushed me off the phone, did not provide any direction or seem to understand the urgency of the issue. I had to explain multiple times that I needed a follow up with the doctor before she finally agreed to have someone call me back. Still have not received a call. I understand that everyone is busy and that they are juggling multiple things at once but this should not come at the price of basic respect and kindness toward clients.

Terrible service... I came for my appointment at 10.00 and waited for 30 minutes. there was nobody else waiting before me, so I was wondering what could cause the delay and asked the receptionist to provide more information. I was told that the nurse was OUT OF OFFICE!nobody notified me about that before the appointment or even when I came to check in at the reception. I am pregnant and suffer from a disease, so I needed an urgent blood test and was ready to pay the fees but they made me wait for nothing without even notifying me that the nurse simply was not there! I had to leave without being served and now my doctor will not get the results on time... there are serious health consequences to this.Highly recommend to AVOID THIS CLINIC!

With a request to see a specialist, in this clinic we found an appointment in almost 3 weeks, super fast if we compare elsewhere goes between 6 to 12 months, the place is very clean, personal are friendly and responsible, i'll come again and i recommend! :)Thank you guys taking care of us <3
