Exchanged an old empty propane tank for a new one, the new ones are empty. We didn't realize this until we got home. Went back to this location there's a new person there and he was very unhelpful. We did not get a receipt so he wouldn't help us at all, not even with the same credit card we paid with.

Whenever i wanna come here, %50 they are closed!? I don't get why a gas station is so frequently gets closed or out of service!?

If I could give this gas station no stars I would. Horrible customer service with selective and completely unprofessional staff. I was there for gas this time and I needed the gas pump I was using to be reset. I pressed the help button and waited for 2 minutes. Kana the customer service rep was no where behind the counter, instead she was near the staff room entrance where she could not see what was happening at the pumps. When she finally returned behind the counter, she stood there and just starred at me and ignored me for another minute as I tried to communicate to her through the button. I had to get into my car and drive to another pump to get gas. If I did not badly need gas I would left the gas station altogether. After I finished pumping my gas I went inside to ask what was going on and why she couldn’t assist me at the first pump I was at, she responded rudely with “I was busy, and I reset your pump after”. How is this okay?!This is not the first time I received horrible customer service at this location at 2821 weston road. Last year, I experienced being told I could not come inside the gas station because of COVID, however 30 seconds after I walked back to my car, a gentleman (taxi driver) from the same background and ethnicity as the male gas station attendant (staff) was allowed in the store. The staff member came around the counter to unlock the door and allow the taxi driver to be inside to use the restroom. I could not believe this blatant proof of preferential treatment being given to the taxi driver right in front of me!I thought I was at a PETRO-CANADA not a mom-and-pops style gas station.Again if I did not need gas today, I would have never been here. I believe the consistent lack of customer service and preferential treatment given to customers of the same ethnicity as the gas station attendants is a problem that begins with the owner who allows this to happen. I will definitely not be returning to this location ever again!PETRO-CANADA located at 2821 Weston road at the corner of weston and gaydon street.

Phase open your washroom. It's not like we don't spend any money at this location. It's shameful that your washroom has been out of service" for such a long time."

I just want to use. A washroom . But a lady working around 7:30 am in the morning does not allow me. Very bad customer service.

We spend money!! We need services!! Open the washroom!!! Dont bs we dont have washroom or its out of order!! Where the hell the cashier goes when she/he needs to go toilet?????

Great staff, forgot the name of the girl working, she was very helpful. We had our car broken and waited for CAA in their parking lot

Horrible customer service, untrained staff with no courtesy. They don't really deserve even 1 star. Students doing part time jobs who never respect and care of their customers.

One of the worst customer service.lady inside pretends to be doing a favour while handing over the receipts. Well next time, maybe saying thank you will make a diff.
