The ladies that work here are terribly rude majority of the time and provide you with foggy info. Drive to Brighton and see June shes absolutely amazing and explains everything in great detail.

do not EVER EXPECT RESPECT FOR THE DISABLED AT THE TRENTON OFFICE!! THEY TOLD MY DAUGHTER TO LEAVE AFTER GETTING UPSET OR SHE WOULD CALL THE POLICE. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN SHE HAS CEREBRAL PALSY AND SHE THEN SCREAMED AT ME TO GET OUT!!! THIS IS HOWCANADIAN CITIZENS GET TREATED AT OUR Own Government centers?????

The people here are very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I have come to this location twice, my daughter, once. They were able to answer our questions in regards to CPP benefits, provide guidance in completing the forms properly and give correct and relevant information regarding eligibility requirements. The waiting times to be seen are also within 20 minutes. Definitely will attend this office again.

Great customer service. Employee who helped me was very happy and efficient. We talked about my upcoming trip and her travel experiences. Very pleasant experience. I was in and out within 15 minutes.

The website said they were open and posted the hours of operation. We tried calling in advance only to be hung up on, no message just click zzzzzzzzz. Drive from Brighton get there and it's completely closed even though the website says it's open. This is absolutely unprofessional and the staff should be held accountable for dropping the ball.
