I would not recommend this law firm. They did not read the contract that I had with the private lenders; if I had not read it myself carefully, I would be in trouble. I was hesitant to write this review, but I decided to do so as I think it can help them to be more responsible for taking clients.

Shaikh Law Firm has been very helpful to me in closing my first property. I am impressed with the fact that how easily accessible are they and how transparent are their communication and fee structure. There were absolutely no hidden fees apart from what they have mentioned on their site. Only concern is, they should give enough heads up about some of the required documents for closing, especially for a first-time buyer.Overall, everything was smooth and I am glad to say that Shaikh Law Firm will be my preferred lawyer if I am ever dealing with a property again.
