I have worked essential retail during the entirety of this pandemic thus far, and I have experienced more abuse in the past few months than I have in the years I have worked in the industry. So, I cannot even imagine how much the staff here have been through. People can be so incredibly irrational and outright abusive, so to have Tyrone straighten up in his chair and meet me with a friendly smile was incredibly impressive. I know that in my store, I possess a certain sense of dread every time a customer approaches, because I am mentally preparing to be verbally abused again. I hold a great deal of respect for the staff here, and at other insurance locations as well. Thank you Tyrone for keeping such a positive attitude amongst so much chaos and helping me renew my driver's license with ease!

I had Jen Spitzig review the Condo Pak insurance policy that I have and was very impressed with her service. She not only reviewed my current policy with me, but took the time to explain the coverage that I had. After a review of my coverage she then went on to recommend some changes, again explaining each change in detail in a language that I could understand.After a full review I moved my policy to Lakeview Insurance to what I feel is a policy more customized to my needs. She even saved me some money by switching to another company.Would highly recommend Jen Spitzig and Lakeview Insurance as they take the time to firstly see what you need and customize the package to what works for you. They also do their homework in providing a company that not only provides the coverage but at a reasonable price.

We have always tried to support local, but the professionalism and knowledge at this location has declined in the last couple years. I don't know what the problem is, but It's hard to get answers to simple insurance questions, and advisors aren't always familiar with the products they sell. It's fine for renewing your plates or whatever, but if you're taking out serious insurance, I would go elsewhere.Today I called there for an insurance quote.
