I started at over 345pounds i had given up on myself . I am a single mom on odsp and life was stressful with three kids I needed to start taking care of me too I started when candice was the owner the staff were all amazing and still are from the moment I walked in there I knew that’s exactly what I needed I could barely walk couldn’t keep up to my kids was on high doses of high blood pressure pills and was always so negative. But in the time I have been there I lost 165 pounds. And am off my medication as it’s no longer needed And it changed my life. Not only am I now able to run do long walks. I can play basketball with my kids and ride bikes with them stuff I could only dream of doing this journey not only helps ya lose weight but you build a better version of yourself. I am still with eWyn. And still on my journey but to have my life back is something I can’t thank the staff enough for . My kids have their momma alive because of ewyn it holds a special place dear in my heart. Because without it I wouldn’t be here today . Shawna is now the owner and she has been amazing. She’s continuing on helping me through She always has suggestions on. Things tips and tricks I am thankful for eWyn and for giving me my life back I look forward to staying on and inspiring so many more people. Joining EWYN was the best decision i made 2 years ago. I have lost 150lbs and i owe it to Shawna who has supported me with my weight loss journey.
