Worst place to go and buy material, front desk is dealing you like animal. Not recommended

Never again!!!This was my original order:560 ln.ft resilient channel25 - 4x12 C type f/r 1/2 drywall34- 4x8 quiet rock EZ62- quiet glue 28 ozI got quiet rock 510 instead EZWhile guys were unloading I have noticed that they delivered wrong materials. I have asked several times to take it back but they said they had to leave and had no time for that.I didn't order it so I asked to take it back and make full refund.I'm stuck with over $1000 worth of materials and no reply to my emails.Steve is one who made this decision on the phone while the guys was unloading and Sam who took the order.at first.I'm very disappointed drywall contractor in Toronto."

Always great service. Helpful staff and great selection of products.

Called to place an order for delivery. Got blown off on the phone. The guy said he was busy and would call me back. I thought it was strange to treat a delivery request like that but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Gave him my name and number as he requested and he never returned my phone call. Genuinely upset because it was my first time calling and I called because many people referred them to me. Super rude and impatient.
