I took my dog (cavalier King Charles spaniel) for a bath/brush/demat with Mariah L and she did an excellent job. After spending a couple weeks in the country my pup’s coat needed some extra attention/dematting. Mariah did a thorough job while retaining as much fur as possible- as a result it’s barely noticeable, if at all, that any fur was removed, which I really appreciated. I will definitely come back to see Mariah the next time my dog needs grooming.

Brought my dog pet for her grooming appointment, had to take a taxi to bring her because I don't have a car, and right at the door the lady from the grooming area tells me that I needed to bring her rabies documents... NOBODY MENTIONED THAT I NEEDED TO BRING HER PAPERS when I called and booked an appointment. She told me she could book for another weekday, but that's not the point. Now, I have to spend another 20$ to go back home, with my poor pooch and myself disappointed after this total waste of time. Now I know where NOT to come for pet stuffs/grooming services.

Was really put off by the fish unattendant who was cuddling with her boyfriend during work hours around customers with children. We had a lot of questions about becoming fish owners and I regret spending the 80$ here, because the service wasnt great. I went to Atlantic Aquarium supplies after this and had such a great experience. Also one of the items was on sale and it didnt register that on the reciept :( we bought the fish food specifically because it was on sale for 4.99 but it cost us 8.99 instead. Overall horrible experience unfortunately

very recently purchased a pair of clown plecos from here, the person who helped me buy them was incredibly helpful & friendly. the fish themselves are very healthy and are continuing to do very well in my tank.

Nice selection of dog beds and treats which is why we stopped here with our doggo on her 8th adoption birthday. No concerns. Staff around but no one really talked to us or offered assistance (even when they saw us trying to get beds down). Store seemed reasonably large and good amount of space when there with your pet.

Unbelievable customer service. I ordered food to be shipped to my house on Saturday night late in the evening. I got my shipment by Tuesday morning. Incredibly fast. And they included a whole lot of samples and a heartfelt handwritten note of thanks. Unbelievably good customer service. I'm definitely going to be using your services all the time.
