Went into a while back... Abysmal service and poor attitude... Couldn't figure out how to use a coupon and ripped me off. I believe the masked victim in there was the manager! Too bad I'm giving my business to Amazon. They're always respectful and accommodating and free delivery. Sad how many businesses are pushing customers to online services!

The woman working was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed very specific items and they had most of the hardest to find things on my list. The woman working called another location to confirm the proper use of an antibiotic before selling it to me 'just to be safe', and that made me feel assured that they care more about my pet than making money. I will continue to shop here for my pets!

This is a great Global Pet Foods location. I pick up my dog food and tartar buster bones here plus, I don't have to worry about getting bit by someone's dog like at the South Ajax location!

Unprofessional cashier. Idk if she’s the owner or if she just works there. But I came in with my husband and my brother in law to get dog food. We brought the food up to the counter and she just had to ask if we’re all siblings because we all look alike. Probably because of that all Asians look alike stereotype. Won’t be shopping here again due to the ignorant cashier. Learn some manners and maybe don’t ask insensitive questions to your non-white customers.

If you want the WORST customer service then go here. The woman working was so rude and miserable... clearly hates her job. All I wanted was help on cat food... I have a new kitten and was simply asking for help... I guess she was mad that I interrupted her from using her cell phone. DO NOT GO HERE.
