Kicked us out for having animals after insisting the rules were posted on their website. After an hour of looking we found the rules 6 pages deep at the bottom of a paragraph. Even threatened to call the police if we didn't leave even though dozens of people had animals. I hope this park go bankrupt

This campground is amazing. We used a transient site twice this summer. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. I went with my two young children ages 3 and 7. The park's majority are seasonal and they were very kind and friendly as well. My children made friends there! The pool is perfect for those that don't like the lake, I chose the lake however as I wanted the completed camping experience. Kids did both. I liked that the beach was a smaller one, it was closed off from the rest of the lake eliminating any chances of boaters entering the swimming area which was exceptionally clean! The washrooms and showers are well kept as was the entire campground.I appreciated the quiet after 11 pm aspect of this park. It's a FAMILY vacation spot not for those camping with intent on getting hammered and partying all night. As a mom that's five stars in itself!I highly recommend this place!!!!

I didn't read bring your own sheets and towels. suggest you make that bigger print as most travelers I know for $508 dollars for a trailer with literally no amenities in the last week of September for two nights is a reach. airbnb is starting to make hotels make sense again. Nice place way to much for what was charged

Great scenery! Cabins are well kept! One issue is that the permanent residents are pretty unwelcoming to the renters. One of the cabins called me and my sister a slur while we walked past in a different language, not knowing i also spoke said language. Nice Pool!

Fantastic family park. A small new play structure located by the lake for little ones. Docks for boats, and two designated fishing docks. A doggy beach, and a kids beach. A quaint half basketball court. Horse shoe pits, heated swimming pool, baseball diamond, volleyball set up, rechall with darts, pool table, and evening gatherings. Laundry room, public bathrooms, and showers. Planned events by members of the park. Permanent and transient sites. Love love love this place. its not too big. Our home away from home.

It is a great place for a family retreat with reasonable prices. It is located in a great spot with their own boat ramp so you can launch right there. The trailers are newer and in a good shape. They have the odd hick up, e.g., ac stops working if lowered too much, short hot water time, etc that you would expect with trailers. The owners are very nice and responsive. I gave it 5 out of 5 for location and rooms. I took a star off services for two reasons: seasonal renters aren't always the nicest to kids if they are breaking the rules (kids being kids) and interent is very slow. I think it would be a 5 out of 5 if you don't need internet.

I spent last weekend camping at Bell Haven Park with friends. The rules for co-living are quite balanced. One can spend time swimming, playing volleyball, cycling, jogging, doing yoga. If problems arise, management is on top of it. The location is quite beautiful and quiet. I recommend staying there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My children loved swimming in the lake and making sandcastles at the lovely sandy beach. We all enjoyed the use of the kayaks, paddle boats and canoes especially since we don't have a boat of our own. The cottage is right on the lake so you have a magnificent view of the lake especially at night when the sun is setting and then the stars come out. We made smores in our fire pit and roasted hot dogs. The cottages are extremely nice with central air conditioning, fully furnished and all that you need to make a meal.
