People are so helpful and very friendly, best place to get your traveling packages.

There are a number of travel agents who work here, but all seem to be part time, and some not even every week. When we came here, there were two ladies working there, both Cantonese speaking and one that was more comfortable speaking English than the other. She told us they also have a Mandarin speaking travel agent, who is more familiar with flights, etc for China and not just Hong Kong. Our travel agent was quite nice and helped us as much as she could, including called Air Canada about making a reservation for our dog flying in cabin with us. In the end, we went with a different travel agent who was super knowledgeable about China flights during COVID. Otherwise, we would have been happy for her to help us book our flights.Their office is a bit tricky to find. Park on the rooftop parking. Then make sure you don't go through the doors to the stairwell leading down, but rather the doors leading to offices the same level as the rooftop parking.

Very nice and helpful staff (Clara), a lot of choices of good deal travel package as well as flight ticket. They also provide scenic points booklet for the client who bought the hotel + flight package, very thoughtful.

It was closed. They never answered my call. Nothing else to really say
