They were light years cheaper to get my brakes done than all the places i called. Cheapest place after them was $100 more. They had a drop off box so I took my vehicle there after closing the day before and then the work was done the next day and received my vehicle. Fella I talked to there was nice and easy to deal with and it seems to be honest mechanics in my opinion. Just looking to make their money for working but not trying to rob you. I will be taking my vehicles there from now on when it comes to getting work done and inspections.

I would recommend Gauthiers Auto Repair to anybody. I was on vacation in PEI and had my front brakes sticking. I drove into the shop and he fit me in around his schedule. Replaced the front pads and sticky caliper right on the spot and got us back on our way. Tyler knows what he is doing and is honest and fair. If I lived on the island I would take my car there all the time. A good, honest mechanic is one of the most important people you can find, and Tyler is certainly one of those. Thank you Tyler for fitting me in so quickly and for your good work. Very much appreciated!

I had driven from Massachusetts to PEI for a week’s vacation when my brakes needed immediate work. He fit me right in that day and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem. In a desperate situation that a tourist never wants to find themselves in, he was honest, helpful, and did excellent work at a fair price. I’m very grateful!
